I came across this verse a few years ago and eversince, it was truly ebbed in my mind.

I guess it's time I start my work. To face the issue of having any kind of eating disorder is quite difficult for gals like me today. I have to be thin yet not allowing anyone to know that I want to be thin. I have to think about how not to eat at certain times in order to eat at other times. I have to wallow in pity when I ate more than what I think I was suppose to eat. I will overeat to make myself feel better but hate myself for it didn't help either. In the morning, I will run. In the afternoon, I will think about running. In the night, I will think about running the next morning. When I am running Running RUNing.... I banged into this:

I decided to give pzh a surprise by oredering an extra cake. BuT... he chose the open air NYDC so the candle just could not light up. Its damn funny la. Too bad... he got an unlit B day cake. ;P Sounds more like April fool's celebration. I don't know why, I think birthday must got cake and song. very "lao tu"... that's me haha... moreover, I ordered the carrot cake. This is one of my favourite! That time before going walas with the gals, they ate this... And i got attracted to it. I still remember coco tell me it is different from our chinese style fried carrot cake... I was like 'DiaO!' -_-"

We were so lucky to catch some parade march pass;like a free show for us. We also din noe why there is such an event that day. The soldiers were marching side by side with the traffic in orchard road! that's so weird la... Anyway, I need to confess something more important. After pzh left, I went for an all alone shopping spree. Guilt-free?!

Time flies. I've been working in Vivo for six months. Through all the weird music, nice fragrance, sometimes awful though, fun loving colleauges and thoughtful aunties, extremely cold freezing tempertature, excruciating tiredness within me.... I have survived! I have survived! hahaha... I am so happy I stayed till my boss wants to shift out. Vivo city like wad keryn say is a dead city. The thing I dislike abt it is the temperature. The temperature there is as though we are polar bears. ant the very fact that there is NO CUSTOMERS I remember on days whereby i don't bring my jacket along - tts it. I''ll still feel cold hours after I knock off from work.

Hooray!~ no need to go back very soon i suppose... everything that is there is in town! haha...
I guess I just wana say a big thank you to all those aunties that are ever so sweet. Eileen bought me rittersport lo... Got me addicted to it. Have been eating it since last week. Amy is very nice as well.. teaches me alot of things... Candy... bla bla... Just very thankful.

Yesterday's play turned out to be so much better than what I expected. I don't mean I don't look up to NUS productions; I've never been before to one... Its just that I did not go with very high expectations that the performance will be impactful. So I was really amazed with the script, actors, the flow of the show... It was really good. The content of the show was rather heavy though - abt cultural revolution in China. I had to follow very closely to what they were saying.
After that, keryn and me discussed about the play on our way home. We both agreed that ideologies are scary things. They really can change people's life and change someone into another person. The play was really interesting. I guess that's why Robin loon is such a respected lecturer in NUS. He definitely has what it takes to earn the respect of his students.

Back to the main point - Aileen performed well! So emo! Its a definite thing to pay particular attention to your friend when she's acting. So did I. And I realised she is that kind of "zhen Qing liu lu".... Great job!

ok... I felt quite bad towards coco cause I thought the performance is at 7.30. So i kept rushing her to finish up her cup noodles @ 7-11. Haha... then the notti Keryn knows that it starts @ 8 but still trick her that it is 7.30... Poor liwen. I think she burnt her tongue. (sori!) I guess she enjoyed the show too... Glad I got to watch with her cause I think she tried asking ard her friends but none seem to be keen...

I jus felt very 'shag' after the show cause the content is really very heavy. In any case, I think this production is a success. Tonight is their last night over there, guess it'll be a sparkling performance again. Sometimes, I just love the theatre. It's so magical...

Yeah... I feel so refreshed now. So happy last night when I visited Leong's blog... Got the sweet sweet post... I feel damn bad lar... Sometimes when mi gals msn me I am already Pigging. I really need sleep; especially during the sem when I can't sleep much. I will treasure the time I feel shag and need sleep. Haha... I sound pathetic.

I think I feel better after completing the presentation for EL 3216. I feel like I am suffocating in the module. The people there are intimidating. -Some. Mr Gim knows who I am talking about. But I really did my best I guess...

Going to have a presentation later but not feeling that stress. The tutor is one weird and nice woman. SHe's really funny. I like her. The 'jokes' she cracks in tutorial are so intellectual noone understands except herself. haha... so cute

Later going to watch Aileen's performance with Liwen and Keryn. Think we'll get her some flowers. Surprise surpise! and some crackers. Think she must have not been indulging her junk food all these while. The TS majors very pro one lor. I think they really put in alot of effort. I am quite excited about her performance. Hehehe!

Leong, this semester really quite hectic for me. Time past so fast that sometimes I don't even dare to sleep. I scared there's not enough time to finish my assignments. -_-" Even if I tell myself to go to bed, I'll still wake up in the middle of the night... Yeah! Finally, I got my hair permed! Been yearning it so long! When the gals see me, they will surely laugh at me... I like the new hairdo though! It doesn't make me look sleepy. I always wonder why people say I v tired but the fact is I am not so tired... Anyway, no more straight hair for Kyy! hahaha...I am truly bad at styling I guess. It turned different the next day. But it looked less maggi-mee liked, so I am on for it. No styling for my hair! Easy maintenance. All thanks to vivien who introduced me this kool hair stylist at Hougang. Only cost $90 to do my ceramic perm... Thanks Viv!

Today Zheng hong came to pick me up after work. As usual the first thing he meets me is to hunt for food. We went to this chicken rice shop at basement whereby everything was quite oily, even the menu! -_-" Hahha... The rice is fragrant. Food there taste great too... It's just that we felt we were like in Malaysia... service was so slow...

Suddenly I had this crazi idea to go Sentosa. And so off we go! took the new monorail... And to fully utilise our 3 bucks - we took twice! wahaha...( The personnel in charge of ushering passengers into the cabin seems to recognise us liao...) Then we went to the new spot in Sentosa -Imbiah gardens. It's artificial but beautiful! Some kind of Happy land - made for the not so happy Singaporeans and the rather rich tourists. Good place to wind out or just stroll about! Also headed to the water fountain whereby memories when my parents used to bring me there were recollected. We saw alot of "malau" and pzh was extremely attracted to them. I guess that iterates the fact that mammels of the same species are just so connected! ;p

Finally, went back to vivo, to have good food. Sushi Tei never fails! yummy yummy!

Yeah! IPOD is in my hands! hahaha... Mummy is damn lucky. She won an Ipod video in a lucky draw. A techie unsavvy like me thought it only cost ard a 100 but it cost ard 400! ( Aileen was telling me to sell her at 100; if I don't want to learn how to use it) OMG... then i realise the 1st thing I have to do is to take it from my mum... Wahaha... I am still trying my best to learn how to use the other functions. I think I better buck up my IT skills.

I got a box of candy from cold storage yesterday to cheer myself up. Really v stressed up with my assignments and more. Started blogging to take some time off study = a sign of escapism?! haha... guess I just need time to relax. Btw, the sweet's packaging is so cute! How can I resist?! Initially , I still thought of putting my stuffs(don't know what yet) inside after I finish eating all the sweets but I realise the opening is quite small. Therefore, it's a dumb idea = I guess it'll end up on the bin anyway.

I also realised my 21st B day prezie is clogged up liao. (i.e) Within a year, I bought one whole row of ear rings! But anyway i'll have an excuse for me to get new ear rings stan! There are nice ones around but I don't understand why they always costs a bomb. Lim told me I can use the sushi roller to hang my rings. Hmm... sounds like a great idea...

I was so stressed up the last few weeks or so. It is only until yesterday that I finally got a break. But today i'll have to start my engine again. EL 3216 and other essays... oh no... Datelines after datelines, tests after tests - think they are driving me nuts soon. I just want to thank these two OLDER SISTERS ;P (wahaha) for encouraging me and keeping me in their prayers.

Sometimes I get so busy I simply forget to appreciate the day or be thankful for the circumstances around me. Then, my HP will vibrate.... Keryn or aillen msgs: rejoice! for today is the day that lord hath made. So sweet. I think their msgs really makes my day.

Guess what? keryn so happening can! She left for Pulau Au for a dive trip organised by the dive club today, will only be back on Sunday. SO Envy! think it is a good getaway to refresh her mind. And yesterday she just got her new laptop... we went together to collect it at co-op.

Aileen is damn cute can. She took some black sesame sweets from the counter. I thought most of the time people won't take those sweets one... then she told me it's a habit since young! hahaha... Anyway, we got back our Lsm1304 results. It is disastrous.... Fortunately, we SU-ed it. This microbes module is so intimidating!!! The scope to study itself is already scary enough but the students taking it... some of them are v paranoid abt exmas and they make things Scarier!!!

Hmm... I believe the 3 of us will motivate ourselves. Shouldn't be a prob I guess...

Finally, I got to meet Oppa. Oppa is still as funny as ever - He insist you must call him Oppa. But, I persist! I tell him in Singapore I can call him Byong Woo. He also told me to call keryn and Aileen Onni ( elder sister). How can! they will scold me... Rite?! ;P Haha. This time round, Song hyun Oppa came along for dinner with us. Kor kor saw his pic and say he look like Bei Yong Jun. Haha. No No no... it can't be... He is definitely more charming than the auntie killer.

Anyway, my mei nus were so nice to accompany me to meet oppas. They made really great host and helped me alot. We had yummy dinner at Bugis and were so stressed about what to order for them lor... In the end we found out they eat very little only. (they eat like a mice!) After that we proceeded to Chinatown to walk walk. We felt so paiseh when Byong Woo foot the bill for dinner; so I bought them two handmade robots from chinatown. They were very impressed with the handmade stuffs. Then, Keryn and Aileen bought yummy Taiwan Jellies for them to bring home to Korea lo. They really "ta bao, Xiao Bao" home...

We went Mac Donalds to chit chat after that. I was so shag and tired because I had an exam before I went to meet oppa, I couldn't even order any thing. I just went to sit down and tell Oppas go order themselves. Me = lousy host. *Boo!* Haha... I tell Byong woo pa to repeat after me " Lime Juice" and he manage to get the right order for us. * 3 cheers for him * His english really v limited lor! Song Hyun Oppa's english is so much better! He can ask me what's my major somemore! I was so impressed... haha

Anyway, Byong Woo pa told me two good news. News no. 1 - Seung min Oppa is married! No. 2 Gyong rak bought a Samsung car! (according to them is top selling in korea) Wah! I so looking forward to going korea! At the very least, I know I will get free rides around. Heard from Byong woo oppa that Gyong rak wants to meet leong and me. So touched lor... He still remembers us. =)

We only left Macs at 2 a.m. but time passed really very quickly. It was really nice getting to know friends from overseas. I got a surprise from Oppa! He called me from Korea after the day he returned home! He told me to call him when I reach korea and thanked me for showing him around. Actually he say alot of other things... but as usual la! I don't understand what is he saying! Hahaha... Then there's an awkward pause lo... and all I can say is " Komawoyo oppa!" = Thank You
